Day 25 - Portrait

Sometimes when taking pictures, there's a moment where everything clicks and something amazing comes out. Those are the moments that photographers live for.

Day 24: SHoot ANYTHING

I don't know, I just like this shot

Day 24 - Anything You Want

Charlie Llama is looking... AT YOU

Day 23: Sad Homeless person

Fell though the cracks... nobody even looks at her

Day 23 - Sad Homeless Person

Man sleeping on the sidewalk and begging on a freezing Boston night.

Day 22: sight

Through the looking glass

Day 22 - Sight

The five senses - Sight

Day 21 - Picturesque Lane

Liked the way the strong verticals worked with the diagonals. Had to flip it around the horizontal axis to get it to look right. It's funny how your eye balances things in a certain way and anchoring it on the right looks much more balanced than anchoring it on the left and having the diagonals on the right

Day 21: lane

Enter if you dare...
I swear the alley and lanes here in TW looks more scary then any dark ditch in SA

Day 20: moon

Even the moon looks unhealthy here...

Day 20 - Moon

Creepy tree. Creepy moon. Creepy night

Day 19 - Sun

Cold, snowy winter day in the aftermath of a blizzard

Day 19: Sun

Moment of Zen~

Day 18 - Houseplant

The little houseplant
That grew in the sun
Was stole by an ant
Which wasn't much fun

Day 18: House plant

Plant on a house wall = House plant.
So there pfffft :P

Day 17: Evergreen

Evergreen rocket LAUNCH! WHEEEE!

Day 17 - Evergreen

Ice freezing on an evergreen in winter. Somehow, nature always manages to make a point, and it tends to be either scary, beautiful, or both.

Day...something : lights!

Being very literal today...sorry guys

Sunday, January 16, 2011

Day 16 - Lights

Lights refracting though the ice! Shiny winter nights...

Day 15 - Cute Couple

Daddy-daughter couple! I think nice daddies are some of the cutest people in the world.

Day 15: cute couple

Wanted to do this one last with my lovely fiancee, but since we're so far away from each other right now. I'm writing a raincheck and will post it when we get back to huggable distance again.
Hope that the day will come quickly.

BTW... don't do this shot if you're not prepared to shoot and run.
Cars are bad for one's health

Day 14: Cookies

The brave cookie looks outside the box, wondering what had happend to his friends...
Little does he know that the cookie monster is lurking in the darkness waiting to strike..

Day 13 - View out my Window

Tree, sunset, snow... 'nuff said.

Day 13: view out of my window

Day 12: Self-Portrait

When's this winter going to end...?
Miss wearing shorts and shorts and jumping in pools.

Wednesday, January 12, 2011

Day 12 - Self-Portrait

Glowng like a glow-worm.

Day 11: Public Transport

Where's the bloody bus? I'm going to be late!
That's the first thing I think of when the phrase public transport is mentioned to me.

Day 10: Macro

Some pictures don't look so pretty close up...

Tuesday, January 11, 2011

Day 11 - Public Transportation

I like this shot because it looks like a film still from a movie. This is one of my classmates, and I think she has such great bone structure but she is afraid of cameras.

Day 10 - Macro

Looking close up on the everyday you see things in a way that is hard from another perspective. Is it a germ? Is it a blob-monster? What could it be?!

Sunday, January 9, 2011

Day 9: Texture

Texture.
Gives me a headache sometimes.

Day 9 - Texture

Wormy cords of textile looping in and looping out. Life looks different way up close. I wouldn't want to have to navigate the world as an ant, no wonder they use chemicals rather than eyes.

Saturday, January 8, 2011

Day 8 - Books

The never-ending path toward knowledge...

Day 8: Books

Can never find a bookmark when you need one...

Friday, January 7, 2011

Day 7 - Repetition

Wreath, flag, wreath, flag, wreath... an American Christmas!

Day 7: Repetition

That's me in the middle, that's me next to me, that's also me on the left, that's me behind me, that's me that's blocked by me...

Day 6: Church

It's so hard to find a proper church with a tower in Taiwan.
Most of them looks like local bussiness buildings...
Maybe religion IS a bussiness.

I was lucky to have found this one.

Thursday, January 6, 2011

Day 6 - Church!

This is one of the oldest graveyards in Boston by one of the first churches built. I like the way the creepy tree frames the whole scene. The interesting old buildings are one of the best things about living in Boston.

Wednesday, January 5, 2011

Day 5 : Wires

Wires holds up the world we know.
Small copper wires are more important than one thinks

Day 5 - Wires

Wires here, wires there,
Wires going everywhere!
Sparks thread overhead
Everywhere from A to Zed.

Day 4: Christmas lights!

Bling bling bling Shiny!
Christmas + lights =Christmas lights!

Day 3: work

The probem with work is that the more fun you're having the more chaotic the surroundings get. People start suspecting A: a elephant happend B: a party happend C: no work happend.
well for me all of the above is true
